X-Press Fit is the perfect class for those with not much time, but are committed to getting fit and staying fit. You will enjoy this challenging, fun, fast-paced training session with a full body blast of energy and exertion that only NMPF can deliver. This practice session isn’t for the faint of heart; it’s 45 minutes packed with energy and effort utilizing body weight and kettlebell exercises in the x-treme!
