Pinnacle Fit

Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:00 – 6:00am

Pinnacle Fit is for those whose kettlebell skills include swings, cleans, snatches, presses and squats.  You may find it grueling at times, but you will always find it fun. This class combines kettlebell and body-weight intervals with speed as well as endurance.
